If you haven´t seen the miraculous Neuschwanstein castle, you haven't seen Bavaria! During our day trip you will feel the enchanting atmosphere of Bavaria, enjoy breathtaking landscapes and learn about the most mysterious Bavarian monarch - King Ludwig II.

Our route along the «Romantic road» goes to Neuschwanstein castle, built on a rugged cliff high in the Alps. Neuschwanstein has become the prototype for Sleeping Beauty castle of Disneyland! It is a real "miracle" that inspires people and touches all visitors' hearts. You will hear a fascinating story about the romantic king, ancient German sagas and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Alps. After a guided tour inside the castle, we walk up to Marienbrücke, a small footbridge behind the castle, from which you can admire Neuschwanstein in a beautiful mountain setting.

Our next stop is the world-famous "Passion Play" village Oberammergau. The village itself is a theatrical scene and every house looks like a theatrical decoration. All buildings are painted with frescoes of Grimms' fairy tales, religious stories and historical heroes. Amazing!

Our last stop is at the monastery Ettal. You will find out why Ludwig IV Bavarian founded the monastery on this site and why thousands of pilgrims and tourists visit it every year.

You have free time for lunch in a traditional Bavarian restaurant to taste local dishes. The restaurant has a small brewery and beer is considered the best in the region.

It is possible to have a combined tour «Royal Castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof»
